AUEXX Braids is a trademark used by "KESH I PESH" EOOD, UIC 207038429, with registered office and management address in Sofia (1000), Poduyane district, Levski Zone G district, block 22B, entrance B, floor 7, apt. 44. These Terms and Conditions for booking an appointment are an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of Use of the site and apply together with them and the Cancellation Policy for a reserved appointment.
1. Book an appointment
Making an appointment for a service in AUEXX Braids is made in advance through the reservation form on our website.
When registering, the client must fill in:
- two names;
- telephone number;
- email address;
- the desired service;
- preferred date and time.
After filling in the necessary information, the client proceeds to confirm the reservation and pay the necessary amount. deposit.
The time is considered finally confirmed after successful receipt of the deposit.
2. Deposit for booking an appointment
To confirm the reservation, a deposit of a fixed amount of €50 is paid, regardless of the selected service.
The amount of the required deposit is visualized before finalizing the reservation.
The deposit is deducted from the final price of the service upon visit.
The parties expressly agree that the deposit within the meaning of these terms and conditions is in the nature of an advance payment under the contract concluded between them and does not constitute a deposit under Art. 93 of the Obligations and Contracts Act (LLC). The consequences of cancellation, no-show or refusal of the reservation are comprehensively regulated by these terms and conditions and by the Cancellation Policy for a reserved appointment, and not by the general rules of Art. 93 of the LLC.

Deposit: €50
Additional payment on site: €100
The deposit of €50 is the same for all services and is paid online when finalizing the reservation.
3. How is the reservation made?
The enrollment process includes the following steps:
1. Choose a service
You choose the desired procedure/style from the available services.
2. Choose a date and time
The system displays the available free hours.
3. Enter your contact details
You fill in two names, a phone number and an email.
4. You pay the deposit
After successful payment, the reservation is confirmed.
5. You receive confirmation
To the specified email and/or phone you receive information about the reservation you made.
4. Cancelling a reservation
If you need to cancel a reserved appointment, please read our Appointment cancellation policy.

To identify the reservation, please provide name, date and time of visit.
5. Delay
Please plan your visit so that you arrive on time.
If there is a delay of more than 30 minutes The salon reserves the right to:
- shorten the time for performing the service;
- change the selected service if time does not allow its full implementation;
- cancel the reservation when the delay does not allow the service to be performed.
In such cases, the deposit is not refundable.
6. No-show
If the client does not show up without prior notification (no-show), the reservation is considered missed.
In this case, the deposit is not refundable.
A new deposit will be required for the next booking.
In case of systematic no-shows, AUEXX Braids reserves the right to refuse future reservations.
7. Choice of service and style
When booking, the client is responsible for choosing the correct service and the required duration of the procedure.
For services with different styles, length, volume, or use of additional materials, the final price and time required may vary.

8. Additional materials
Certain services may require prior specification or provision of materials, for example:
- Twisters (requires pre-order of materials)
If special materials are needed, the client will be informed in advance about the conditions and their possible additional payment.
9. Responsibility for the data provided
The client is responsible for the correctness of the data provided during the reservation.
Please ensure that you provide a correct phone number and email address as they may be used for confirmation, reminders or changes related to your booking.
