How do I make an appointment?

When should I make an appointment?

It is advisable to book your appointment at least 1-2 weeks in advance.
You don't need to know the names of all the styles, just send a photo of the model and your hair.
Each consultation is free, but must be done at a time convenient for both parties.
(Detailed information about each model is uploaded to the website in Services.)

When booking an appointment, a deposit of €50 is required, which is deducted from the final price.

If you need to cancel or change the time for which you have left a deposit, contact us as early as possible, but no later than 72 hours before the procedure time.
The deposit is not refundable if:
- You are more than an hour late.
- Don't come for the appointment.

Should I wash my hair before braiding?

Yes. It is a good idea to wash your hair 1-2 days before the procedure. Do not apply oils or serums before the visit.

Should I have my hair straightened?

It is not mandatory. If necessary, we will discuss in advance the preparation of the hair according to the chosen style.

How long should the hair be?

For most types of braids, a minimum length of 8-10 cm is required. If you are unsure, send a photo for consultation.

Can I braid very thin/thick hair?

Yes. Appropriate techniques and materials are used, individually according to the condition of the hair, scalp and experience of the client.

Do braids hurt?

Everyone's scalp sensitivity is different. You may feel a slight tightness for the first 1-3 days, which will gradually subside.

Do I need to choose the color of my Kanekalon before booking an appointment?

It's not mandatory. If you have an idea – great! If you don't: even better. We can discuss the color according to your natural hair, complexion, desired look and hair style.

How long do they last?

It depends on the type of braids, hair growth and maintenance method.

Do they harm the hair?

No. When braids are done correctly, care recommendations are followed, and worn for the recommended time periods, there is no problem.
Braids are a protective hairstyle that protects hair from daily treatment.

Can I play sports?

Of course, there are looks suitable and comfortable for the more active.

Can I swim?

Yes. After swimming, it is advisable to rinse the fins with clean water, especially after sea or chlorinated water.

Can I get braids if I'm pregnant?

In most cases, yes. If the scalp is more sensitive, we will choose a technique with minimal tension for maximum comfort.

How to care for the scalp?

Keep your scalp clean and moisturized. Use a scalp serum or spray to reduce the feeling of dryness and itching.

What sunscreen should I use?

Spray sunscreen is the most convenient, for easier application. Sunscreen is a must if you will be exposed to the sun for a long time.

How do I sleep with braids?

It is recommended to use a satin or silk towel to reduce friction in the pillow.

Can I wash my hair?

Yes. Washing the scalp is done gently with diluted shampoo and water, without rubbing hard.

When should they be removed?

When they have grown significantly at the root, begin to loosen, or have been worn longer than the recommended period.

Is there a lot of hair loss?

It is normal to see more hair loss than usual when removing your braids. This is hair that has naturally fallen out during the wearing period and has been trapped in the braids.
